Gavin Construction believes that “managing the risk” on all projects must be a priority at all times. Therefore, we have developed a Risk Management Programme that begins prior to commencement of works. This programme includes pre planning of all sites, risk analysis and the implementation of an Occupational Health and Safety Management site specific plan.
An integral component of this is the implementation of appropriate risk management practices. Consideration is given to contract screening, job safety analysis, demolition, excavation and soil protection to ensure the stability of the project at all stages throughout its duration.
