Prominent design feature
The two office buildings have the benefit of being located on two prominent corners in the East Perth office precinct. The architect (Palassis Architects) has utilized these facades by providing detailed and ornate treatments of structural steel and alucabond cladding that will make this a land mark building in the area.
There are also some architectural precast panels featuring recessed panels with exposed aggregate on Lot 828.
Lot 828 is a traditional insitu concrete structure. Lot 829 is a special lightweight steel framed structure on all levels with Fielders Kingflor permanent steel formwork. Lot 829 is actually located over the Northbridge Tunnel, hence the special lightweight design.
The ground (street) level is a combination of retail spaces with carpark. The first floor is a combination of office space and upper level car parking. The two uppermost floors are entirely office space.
All office spaces are fitted out with ceilings, carpet and a chilled beam air conditioning system.
