Concrete pre-cast panel design. Designed to maximize floor space, due to small size of block. Reverse cycle airconditioning. Extensive use of large windows, to allow light and give a bright and airy feeling. Glazed entry canopy over Newcastle Street entrance. Colored glass walls to the ground floor entry lobby. Externally, use of ultra panel cladding, texture coating and stone cladding.
This building is built to the boundary on all sides and its construction on a busy street was extremely difficult. Through excellent administration and site supervision this project was able to proceed rapidly where nearby projects have struggled.
This small site has been converted to a valuable asset for the client through excellent design and construction practices.
