Two level office warehouse complex

Prominent design feature
A curved glass curtain wall spanning two stories is a dominant design feature of the new premises and has become a new landmark within the Swan Industrial Park in Canning Vale. All floor surfaces have been treated with Antiskid products demonstrating the various applications available. Special consideration was given to the external finishes of the building in order to effectively reflect the company branding.

Construction features
Both the Office and Warehouse structures have been built using tilt panel construction.

Internal features
The internal finish of the office matches the external branding of the company. A void area positioned above the showroom provides visual open space for the display of company product lines.
