The Conceptual plans are provided by our in-house design team without obligation. These plans provide enough detail for all of the relevant consulting disciplines to ascertain a fee structure for producing both Development Application and Building License drawings. Once the concept is accepted and the opinion of probable cost is within your budget, Preparation of Plans Agreement can be signed and full Architectural and Structural drawings completed to allow application for Development Approval and Building License to take place.

The construction phase allows for Finishes Schedules to be developed and agreed by the client. A fixed lump sum price can then be presented to the client for acceptance. Providing that all the statutory requirements have been met and the appropriate licenses received, construction can then commence.
